Beauty Scissors & Shears

We sharpen all type of scissor and shears.  Beauty / Hair/Fur shears / scissors are Sharpen  Hand Hone on a wettstones as required. Sett  is checked  when necessary. Scissor are cleaned,  polished, inspected,  Oiled, Adjusted & Tested. We replace washer as needed. Other parts as finger rest, Bumpers,  Pivot Screws, Dial sets, Extra charge may apply.

Knives

I sharpen all kinds of knives even serrated Knives, I can even do ceramic, But best to return ceramics to factory as they may have fractures the naked eye can not see.     Broken tips repair extra charge applied  Chef, Fillet, Slicers, Paring, Bread. All knives are sharpen on belt or request Hollow Grind ,     Yes I will be happy to do Contract/ Rental Knife Service or sharpen your own on a regular service, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Etc.

Clipper Blades

   If mailing Please be sure your package arrives here by Friday so I may process your order On Monday.   I have been sharpening A-5 Style Clipper Blades for over 15 years. These blade interchange on Oster,  Andis,  Wahl Clippers.  Most Clipper blade  done for Pet Groomers. Some for Barbers.   Both steel and ceramic.  Blades are Checked for broken & missing  parts  upon reception & inspection in Proess. I do not mix orders. Each order is done in turn as received.  Blades are checked, taken apart. Honed, cleaned,  rub tested,  assembled, oiled,  adjust springs & aligned cutter set back. Tested using Oster's Test String for cutting.  In shop see mail price .        On site at your door service $7.00 for steel cutters & $8.00 per set for ceramic cutters  Minimum for on site service $100.00.  May include scissor work, Knives.

Clipper Repair

Clipper repair[On-Site] as a added service for my customers. We service  Andis, Oster's, Wahl A-5 style clippers. Mostly Pet Groomer and some Barber Clipper and Trimmers. I Use only Factory authorized parts for repairs. Repairs start at $19.50  plus parts.     Oster A-5's $25 plus parts.       Trimmer $20 Plus Parts. For on site service please specify problem and model and brand of clipper  Andis , AGC  or Oster A5 This will aid me what to bring.   For those mailing in work. Please wrap each unit in Newspaper or padded material and place in a Strong Cardboard Box, Also a note with instruction, to and from Addresses, Phone Numbers, Email address for contacting you. Once received I will call or Email you.  We accept Check, Money Orders,  Credit & Debit cards.   Make Checks & MOney Orders  payable to Robert Balfour.
